Dog Food: The Good, The Bad, and The Easy


How do you think your body would do if you ate the same exact food for every single meal of your entire life? Probably miss out on a few things on the nutritional end as well as get a bit bored and look for something else to chew on, right?

Dogs don’t get that choice and usually don’t complain but it can show up in their long term health. The old adage “you are what you eat” applies here as well.

Not all dog food is the same. Kibble is a great staple given its a quality dog food but adding some regular real food can improve your dogs health over the long term. After all the current worlds oldest dog’s owners attribute his long life to giving him a bit of real food every day!
